Chef Terri has authored 4 cookbooks in the last 2 years - she's been a bit busy! In January of 2020, her first cookbook, The Big 10 Fish & Seafood Cookbook was published. It features 85 recipes of the 10 most sustainable fish and seafood available. If you are interested in cooking more fish at home while making choices for better sustainability, this book is for you! Her second, The Essential Seafood Cookbook is a beginner's guide to classic and popular seafood dishes. Essential was released for sale on May 26, 2020. Soon after, Terri teamed up with her Dear Martini co-found, Mia Chambers to co-author Easy Wok Cookbook, which went on sale in October of 2020. Her latest book, Dumplings for Beginners, will be on sale July 6, 2021 and features popular made-from-scratch dumpling wrappers and fillings. As the title suggests, anyone who loves to eat dumplings but may not have made them at home can achieve success with these recipes. Give it a try!
